The Hydrostatic Pressure Test Pump has the potential to execute high-pressure hydro test on tubes, pipes, hoses, cylinders, pressure vessels and boilers, cross-country pipe lines, valves, castings, components, and so on for leaks or faults.
Every hydro pressure test is unique, which is why our Lynx Pressure System Private Limited experts' solutions are just as diversified as your needs. Because of our significant experience, we can customise each water test pump to meet your individual requirements. Pressure and flow rates may be independently adjusted and regulated, and the pressure testing sequence can be accurately documented.
Hydrostatic testing involves testing a component or vessel with a liquid (usually water) and pressurising it until the test pressure is attained. The test is complete once the pressure is attained; however, for other tests, hydrostatic pressure must be maintained for a set period of time. Depending on the application, hydro testing can be used to detect leaks, structural integrity, manufacturing faults, wear, corrosion, and burst pressure.
